As we stated on the home page…it's time to get excited and motivated about our first family reunion in over 15 years!  The family chose Myrtle Beach for this occasion and after months of research and negotiations; we believe we have selected the perfect location for a unique family experience at the Island Vista Resort. 

Keep in mind our family reunion occurs at the "peak" season for Myrtle Beach and prices are at their premium, however because of the variety of room types offered by Island Vista Resort (1-4 bedrooms), it's unique design with all ocean front units, it's reputation for excellent hospitality and the ability to share accommodations with other family members, cost will be equal to other hotels and resorts in the area.  There is a minimum 4-night stay so discuss the type of room accommodations required for your families and choose one person to collect all funds and make the reservation.  Remember our goal is to reunite and pull together as many family members as possible.  If you want to extend your stay from the 4-night minimum, simply let the operator know when making your reservation and they will let you know if the unit is available and the additional cost.

A block of 1, 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom units are being held for the Austin Family Reunion.  You must make your reservations with deposit by No Later Than March 1, 2009.  Island Vista cannot guarantee the room rate or availability past this date, so please reserve your rooms early!
